<h3>project description:</h3>
<p>An exercise in procedural design development and structural modeling.  The process began by creating 4”x4”x1” plaster casts of miscellaneous objects.  We then created analytical sketches of the casts and developed a model based on this geomerty that was required to suspend this cast 6” above the ground.  This structural model was then developed into a large scale functioning mechanical pod structure that allows it’s passenger to escape reality by lying in a suspended chair that is pulled over the threshold of reality into the dream state.</p>
