Award: AIA BIM Award 2006
* Developed concept design & construction drawings for atrium, green roof, offices, egress stair towers and coordination of MEP systems under extensive historic & existing condition restraints in courtyard 6 infill space.

New office space was required to be added to space that once served as the patent office library stack space. This semi-subterranean space has very low slabs heights which are not hospitable to new MEP systems. Through the use of BIM I was able to coordinate the addition of a new MEP system and skylight system providing natural light to the dark stack spaces with minimal impact on the existing building structure.
