Full architectural services from concept design through construction. The scope of this project included the rear expansion of the kitchen and the addition of a family room and garage with a loft. The addition features aesthetic detailing matching that of the existing historic house. The use of intersecting gables of varying scales were utilized on the new structure in order to mimic the existing house’s roof. This approach was very successful in allowing the new & old structures to seamlessly blend with one another in this 1880’s built home.
